BYD has released official images of the “Haifeng Purple” (海雾紫) colorway for the Sealion 08 — its all-new flagship sedan for the Ocean Network. For the first time on an Ocean Network model, BYD fits the Sealion 08 with the DiSus-Z intelligent air suspension and rear-wheel steering. The air suspension continuously adjusts damping rates based on road-surface scans from the forward-facing camera — a system comparable to Mercedes-Benz’s Active Body Control. Rear-wheel steering (typically ±4°) reduces the turning circle significantly and improves high-speed lane-change stability.
