by codydbadmin · April 19, 2026

GWM is offering two distinct paths for hybrid off-roading in the 2026 Tank 700.

The Hi4-Z: Efficiency & Long Range The new Hi4-Z platform is optimized for users who spend 80% of their time in the city but want no limits on the weekend.

  • Battery: A massive 59.05 kWh Ternary Lithium pack.
  • Range: It delivers an industry-leading 190 km (WLTC) in pure electric mode and a total combined range of 1191 km.
  • Engine: A high-efficiency 2.0T engine acting as both a power source and a generator.

The Hi4-T: Raw Off-Road Power For those who demand pure torque, the Hi4-T remains the king.

  • Powertrain: A 3.0T V6 engine paired with a high-performance P2 motor.
  • Output: A staggering 385 kW of power and 800 N·m of torque.

Smart Tech: VLA & LiDAR The Tank 700 is one of the first rugged SUVs to integrate a LiDAR-based intelligent driving system. Powered by the VLA (Visual Language Architecture) large model, the vehicle supports Full-Scene NOA, allowing it to navigate complex highway and urban environments with minimal driver intervention.
